This policy covers this website only. How we protect your health information as a patient is described in our Notice of Privacy Practices, available at the front desk of either office or by calling the Mountain View office at 650-691-0999 or the Saratoga office at 408-252-5700.
Information you give us
If you send an appointment request, we collect your name, phone number, email address if you give it, and the days and times that suit you. We use it only to contact you and schedule your visit. Please do not include health details in the form; we will discuss your tooth by phone.
Information collected automatically
We use Google Analytics to understand how people find and use this website. It sets cookies and receives information such as pages viewed, approximate location, and device type. Advertising features are switched off, and nothing you type into a form is sent to it. Our host, Cloudflare, processes technical information such as IP addresses to deliver pages securely and counts visits without cookies.
Your choices
Use Your privacy choices at the bottom of any page to turn Google Analytics off. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as an opt-out automatically.
What we do not do
We do not sell personal information, share it for advertising, or use advertising pixels on this site.
