Your fee

The fee for endodontic treatment depends on the tooth and the extent of treatment. During your first visit, Dr. Hirose explains the likely number of visits, how long they take, and the fees involved.

Payment is due as services are provided, unless other arrangements are made in advance. The office accepts Visa, Mastercard, debit cards, checks and cash.

Dental insurance

As a courtesy, the office completes and files your dental insurance claim and accepts payment of benefits from most insurance companies. Before treatment, the team reviews your policy and estimates what you will owe at the visit. Deductibles and co-pays are due at the time of service.

Regardless of your benefits, Dr. Hirose recommends the treatment that is best for your tooth.

After your claim

• If your insurance pays more than the estimate, the office mails you a refund within 30 days of receiving the payment.
• If it pays less, you receive a statement for the balance.
• A claim that is denied or still unpaid after 30 days becomes the patient’s responsibility.
